November 3, 2023 – An ASNC Johnston Support Group volunteer parent organizes a bowling meet on the first Fridays each month 4:00pm.
Information is posted to the ASNC Johnston Facebook Group to RSVP for bowling, or you can ask the bowling alley to show you to the ASNC Johnston Support Group lanes. There is a fee for bowling and shoes per bowler. Any age is welcome and the majority of bowlers are adolescent age and older. Parents or caregivers are required to stay with the bowler for the duration of the event. Check email and ASNC Johnston facebook group www.facebook.com/groups/asnc.johnston/ on the day of the meet up for any weather or other related cancellations. If you are not on the email list, please johnstonsupportgroup@autismsociety-nc.org and request to be added to the email list.
Autism Society of North Carolina Chapters provide a welcoming community for families of children and adults with autism to meet and share experiences. These support groups are led by volunteers and offer social activities, educational opportunities, and autism awareness for their communities.
