Eligibility Requirements
The following list details criteria needed to apply for staff transfer and promotion:
- Currently employed as “Full-time” or “part-time”
- Current performance meets job expectations
- Meet all qualifications for the open position
- Have not received formal performance or conduct counseling with a corrective action within the past six months of employment
Process
- Staff may informally inquire from human resources or the hiring manager to learn more about a position without notifying their current supervisor.
- If a staff member decides to formally apply for consideration of a transfer/promotion, staff must inform their current supervisor of their intent so the current and hiring supervisor can discuss performance and work background.
